- To augment the success of the individual enterprises of its members.
- To establish a noncompetitive environment consisting of one person per industry.
- To provide professional leads and contacts (tips).
- To mutually support, educate and encourage each other.
- There are no outside speakers. Members identify themselves and their product or service at each meeting.
- Conflicts of interest are not allowed. Your competition cannot join once you have joined.
- The Tipsters meetings are brief, beginning at 7:30 am and concluding by 8:30 am sharp.
- The Tipsters elects a Board of Directors but otherwise has an informal meeting format.

If you own a business that is not presently represented within our membership, please fill out the application and bring it to a meeting. You will be invited to two breakfast meetings as our guest where you can tell us about your business and hand out cards and information. Our Inspector will visit you at your place of business and on the third meeting we will vote on admitting you to The Tipsters. The Tipsters meet on the 1st through 4th
